The White Rose Grid project operates under the auspices of the
White Rose University Consortium,
which is an affiliation of the three Yorkshire Universities of
Leeds, York and Sheffield. This is a collaborative venture
between the White Rose Universities and our IT partners:
Esteem Systems,
Sun Microsystems, and
Streamline Computing.
The Yorkshire
and Humber Development Agency, Yorkshire Forward, is enabling us to
expand our activities into the region and engage research universities
and companies in e-Science.
The project has also received funding from the UK e-Science Core Programme, Esteem Systems, and the White Rose
Universities. |
